Please locate your Model/Serial number on your appliance (not from invoices or user manuals). For help locating your Viking Model/Serial number on your appliance click here. For U-Line models, look on the serial plate located on the upper right or back wall in the interior of your product. This information also appears on the warranty registration card. For Zephyr models, remove the grease filter and look inside for the white label. For hoods without filters, remove the residue cups to find the label.

We are unable to begin troubleshooting your repair without at least a Model number. Thanks in advance!
